Step 1 : Schedule a meeting

Contact us to schedule a meet up at a location suitable for both of us . Here we’ll meet face to face and discuss your website goals and how you’d like your website to look / feel. Then we will formulate a plan on how communication between us will flow . If you need a custom package, we’ll discuss further on this.

After this meet up we would have
  • All requirements for your website
  • Discuss site objectives , design and layout
  • Explain site building process 
  • Set completion date

Step 2 : Make financial agreements

After formally meeting, we’ll need your financial commitment to make the project official. The standard terms are 50% deposit and the balance is payable when the site is complete and ready to go live. ​

After this meet up we would have
  • An invoice sent to you 
  • Signed contract for services
  • Payment by cheque or direct deposit

Step 3 : Submitting Content

While we go through the choosing of a template, you should start sending your initial content. A single Word Doc with all the information you’d need on the website and images in a folder that you can zip and send to me.

After this meet up we would have
  • Sent your images, logos etc.
  • All information needed on the website in a Word Doc.

Step 4 : Only if its a website redesign

If it’s a website redesign, we’d need your domain/hosting log-ins to begin set-up.

After this meet up we would have
  • Redesign goals are communicated 
  • All information needed on the website in a Word Doc
  • Consistent flow of content
  • Sent your images, logos etc.
  • Credentials for the old website
